I have loved to dance as long as I can remember and found my way into poledancing 2012. I'm an educated instructor and I've been teaching for several years. Before poledancing I've danced a lot of other types of dancing such as jazz, modern, lyrical jazz, commercial and feminine vibe.

I'm available for different bookings and events but mainly focus on teaching workshops. My classes are focused on finding your own style and expression in dancing as well as self-confidence.

I'll provide you with tools and exercises to improve your strength and skills and my aim is to create a safe environment for you to develop in.

POLE HEELS

I teach both beginner and intermediate classes. Keep an eye out for schedule on Instagram and Linktree. For pole heels it's required that you've taken some regular pole classes before and have a basic understanding of pole grips and technique. We will focus on the heels technique, strength and choreo. Characteristics for the classes are femininity, hair flicks and attitude. 

FLOORWORK

Strip plastic influenced classes where we befriend the floor. No previous experience needed, the class is adapted to individual levels. We focus on mastering different movements on the floor and to get them flowy and smooth. You can add heels if you want that extra flair and feel of sensuality. A choreobased class but we will start with some warm-up exercises to understand the basic technique.

TRY OUT EVENTS

Gather a group of friends, colleagues or family and try out pole for the first time. This is a fun event booking for those who have never tried poledancing before. We go through some basic spins and technique to get familiar with the pole then end the session with a little dance routine. No previous experience or prerequisites needed and we can form the class after your wishes. The focus here is to have fun and get an introduction to poledance.
